Blue Christmas: A Service of Wholeness and Healing
During the holidays and particularly this year with the COVID crisis, we all could use some extra comfort and reassurance. Some may be grieving the death of a loved one, struggling with illness or anxiety, suffering the loss of a job, or just sad because family won’t be together for Christmas. This worship service is for those looking for hope, comfort, and renewal.
This will be a time of quiet reflection, meaningful words of scripture, and music. We will share in the Good News of “God With Us, Immanuel.” Immediately following the service, those who would like to will have an opportunity to talk further about our challenges can do so in small groups. Our pastors and deacons will be joining with our UPC family for this special time. We hope you will come.
